Target Market Determinations (TMDs)

Fresh Start Cars Pty Ltd acts as a finance broker and an authorised credit representative. We arrange finance through a panel of over 50 lenders via our aggregator, COG Aggregation.

Under the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), you have a right to access the Target Market Determination (TMD) for any financial product you are applying for. Because we broker products from a wide variety of financial institutions, the specific TMD will depend on the lender we match you with.

How to access a TMD:

• If we have provided you with a specific loan quote or recommendation, your broker will provide you with a direct link to that specific lender's TMD alongside your credit proposal.
